Distinguished history, modern architecture and landscaped gardens; an art gallery, an annual sculpture exhibition, a produce store and cellar door;
a restaurant and a farmers’ market on the third Sunday of every month in the Heritage-listed barn. Check out the Cunliffe & Waters preserves, Ann Creber’s Whispers of Provence preserves, breads, berries, shallots and apples in season, and Australian Harvest’s bio-grape cabernet paste. The shiraz viognier, pinot noir and chardonnay are always excellent, the 2006 reserves outstanding, and the sparkling – influenced by the philosophies of Champagne house Devaux – one to taste. Sample them with food in the restaurant, where Colin Swalwell’s cooking displays lively modern Australian and international influences.
Open daily.
