"I spend a lot of time in Sydney and always stay at Blue Sydney on the Finger Wharf. It has a residential feel – more than half the wharf is apartments – and I love the waterfront restaurants. The loft suites are definitely the pick of the rooms. You get spectacular views of the Domain and the city, and the waters of the harbour are just below. It feels rather like being on a boat. We use the space a lot for our biggest brand, TAG Heuer, as there is common ground – great design, a real sense of heritage and elegance without being try-hard.”

  • The new Swarovcki crystal bar fantastic too. The cocktails don't hurt in adding to the experience either.
