The Shilla Seoul
Mod-cons such as in-room fax machines (they even fax you a welcome message) local cell phones provided in each room (you pay for your usage when you check out) and free wireless access meet traditional Korean design accents and sweeping city views. Being just outside of the centre makes it that much quieter, but not good if you want to walk to your meetings, though taxis are reasonably priced and readily available.
