Let Heston Blumenthal take you on a magical tour of flavours with the tasting menu, have the sommelier match it with wine and you are in for a mind-blowing five hours. Your table disappears under a cloud of mist as you start with liquid nitrogen-poached green tea and lime mousse. Move through mock turtle soup, salmon poached in licorice and pigeon that melts in your mouth, before bacon and egg ice-cream.
