Cameras all across Sydney were snapping away at the sight of her all dressed up in red – here's a few of our favourite shots.
23 September was an extraordinary day for those in New South Wales, when dirt from the Lake Eyre Basin was swept 1500km to the coast, leaving a dusty trail behind it.
It's not a common sight to see Sydney glowing amber - the last dust storm was in 2002 - so keen photographers were eager to capture some rare red shots. On Flickr, there is already a "
The Red Sydney Project - Dust Storm Days" group, which currently has 400+ members and 1300+ images.
Business is pretty much back to usual here in Sydney; if you didn't wake up seeing red yesterday, we've picked a few of our Flickr favourites.
