This sleek shop carries all of the famous Parisian-Japanese pastry chef’s fusion creations, including his signature matcha (green tea) eclairs and madeleines. The colourful bonbons maquillage (“make-up chocolates”), miniature chocolate ganaches with subtle flavours of yuzu, tea or fruits presented like a make-up palette will please any chocolate addict back home.
