London’s newest 65-room, five-star hotel aims to reduce the 70kg carbon footprint of the average London hotel guest to just 17kg. Eco initiatives include rainwater-harvesting technology, LED lighting, electronic newspapers, a “no-plastics” policy and bathrooms and mini bars stocked with organic and Fair Trade products.
