Barely noticeable from the street, this hole in the wall with its rough-hewn facade has a simple raison d’être: delicious French fries. The chips, made from Yukon gold potatoes are hand-cut and twice-fried according to Belgian tradition, and come in three sizes (up to $US7.75). The fries are served in paper cones with a selection of more than 26 sauces featuring everything from good old ketchup to pomegranate teriyaki mayo.
