What appears on the table at breakfast, lunch or dinner is a celebration of the region’s richness and the enthusiastic skill of the kitchen under the direction of Alla Wolf-Tasker. Try the seasonally changing plate for starters, although you might equally be tempted by anything with echoes of Russian cooking and autumnal mushroom dishes. The wine list is extensive, the waiters knowledgeable and friendly.
