Hotel Le Bleu, New York

03 July 2008

370 Fourth Avenue.

Sure, Hotel Le Bleu is on an unromantic strip next to a taxi depot, but it is only one block from Brooklyn’s bustling Fifth Avenue. This is New York, so you should get out and walk. Designed by Andrés Escobar, this 48-room hotel offers sleekly minimal decor and all the high-tech mod cons – free wi-fi, HDTV, Bose sound system, DVD player and iPod docking station. The rooms at the rear of Hotel Le Bleu have good views of downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn and the iconic Statue of Liberty.
