Weather
Dallas experiences short, moderate winters and long hot summers. Winter (December to February) highs are in the mid-teens (degrees Celsius). Average highs in the mid-twenties begin in April and continue to October, with average highs in the 30s from June to August.
Getting there and around
DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) services Dallas and the greater area with public transport options including rail and bus lines. Taxis are readily available and can be pre-booked or flagged from the street.
