AhÍn is set in what was once a palatial home, now a glittering Hyatt. The spa’s high-tech features offset the herbal vibe – the Liwen Ceremony for ARS450 ($136) includes a 50-minute all-natural, all-over exfoliating treatment washed off by a multi-jet machine positioned over the massage table. The hotel’s walled garden is the perfect place for a summer lunch, and in winter the cosy bar serves deluxe hot chocolate. From ARS300 ($90) for 30-minute massages to ARS1000 ($302) for a whole day’s pampering. Use of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor ozone-treated pool included.
